LATEST TICKET INFORMATION AFTER POSTPONEMENT OF ROUND 26

In view of the dynamics of today’s events with new coronavirus infections and corresponding suspected cases directly related to clubs in the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2, the German Football League (DFL) today decided to call off Round 26 in both divisions, which was due to kick off this evening. Sunday's home game against FC Nürnberg has thus also been postponed. This also has ramifications for tickets purchased for this fixture.

As it remains possible that this game could take place at a later date and with spectators allowed into the ground, all tickets will retain their validity. This applies in particular to tickets purchased from FC St. Pauli in advance. Away fans who bought tickets from FC Nürnberg are requested to note the information published by the away club.

If the game eventually takes place behind closed doors or is cancelled altogether, holders of tickets will be entitled to a refund. The also applies to tickets purchased for the games against FC Heidenheim on Saturday, 4 April (13:00 CET), Erzgebirge Aue (date to be confirmed) and Jahn Regensburg on Sunday, 10 May (15:30 CET).

Tickets for all home games yet to be played will therefore remain valid until a decision has been taken on how the rest of the season will unfold. In the event of these matches taking place behind closed doors or being cancelled altogether, the purchase price will, of course, be refunded. This applies to match tickets, season and year tickets, and season packages. If the games are rescheduled, we will publish information about the right to return any tickets purchased. More details on the procedure and available options will be announced in due course.

We trust you will understand that with the situation constantly changing we won't be taking any decisions simply for the sake of taking a decision. As soon as we know for sure what is going to happen, we will provide detailed information on the next steps. With this, we hope to avoid any unnecessary work for all concerned.
